I understand that this apartment complex does not allow smoking or alcohol on the premises. By signing the lease agreement I am agreeing not to smoke, drink alcohol, or use illicit drugs on the premises, and I realize this is grounds for eviction. I represent that the information contained in this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I hereby authorize verification or re-verification of any information contained in this application to be made at any time by the property owner, its agents, or assigns. This application will be incorporated as part of my rental agreement, and any false statement will be grounds for immediate termination. I understand that in order to finish the application process I must also mail a contract to Cedar Creek Management and submit a $300 deposit.
